You can watch the sea plane taking off and landing! The staff organised extra french fries for us which was good. Note to fellow travellers... "chips" means "crisps" in some countries . Fish arrived with crisps not french fries whoops! The bedroom windows opened - always good- and the room was spacious with sofa & table. The reception lounge seating area was comfortable and the staff were very helpful.
Dinner was rather expensive even by Norwegian standards.... especially so for the vegetarians who mainly had lettuce / salad / goats cheese. As the restaurant area was huge and nearly empty, arranging the table lengthways could have been better so everyone gets a view over the fjord.

The dinner buffet - dishes not named, vegetables not well presented. NO ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING !

Fair
TV was not working in the hotel. Wi-fi was not working in my room, I was "too far down the corridor". The staff started to look for a better room, but I had unpacked, so I declined to move.
